Information pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation concerning the processing of personal data (GDPR – Reg. U.E. 679/16)

Information provided through the form will be used, upon your consent to personal data processing, for the following purposes:

a) To forward your information enquiry to the assistance center of your reference;

b) Optionally, upon your explicit approval, in order to supply business information and/or promotions as well as to send advertising material or to take effect of direct sale activities or commercial communications concerning products, services, quality surveys, customers satisfaction surveys and others actions of CAMINETTI MONTEGRAPPA SPA, contacting you via mail and/or telephone by operator and/or SMS and/or Whatsapp and/or email;

Besides that, data provided may be forwarded on to our assistance department, in the particular case to a specific assistance center designated by the data controller.

Data will be retained until the required services are accomplished or upon your cancellation request, and, in case of organisational needs or regulatory obligations, they might be stored in specific archives only as long as is strictly necessary for the mentioned purposes. 

We shall remind you the faculty of exercise your right to ask the data controller to access, correct or delete personal data, or ask for a processing restriction that relates to you and to oppose the same processing, besides the right of data portability; you shall exercise your rights by the above mentioned contact details.
